9. December 10, 1920 , Contract of February 24, 1917 amended expressly granting prior water rights to the U. S. Government and better protecting rights of riparian owners.

12. December 1925, Hearing before Board of Survey and adjustment for Klamath Project. Governor Campbell of Arizona , Chairman, F. N. Goodwin, representing the U. S. Government and W. A. Delzell, representing the State of Oregon

13. April 30, 1926 , Joint hearing before Committee on Irrigation and Reclamation 69th Congress of the U. S. Senate Bill 3189 and House Bill H. R. 9493. These bills were to confer jurisdiction upon the U. S. District Court or the Court of Claims to hear and determine any suit or suits, action or proceedings which may be instituted or brought by the Klamath Irrigation District, to set aside that contract of February 24, 1917 , cancel sale of Ankeny and Keno Canals made in 1923. The record at this hearing summarizes all events occurring to that date.

14. Hearing before joint Senate and House Committee of the Oregon Legislature 1927 with reference to legislation to permit canceling the contract of February 24, 1917 .

15. June 3,1930 , Contract with Department of Interior for regulating dam at Keno.

18. December 16, 1930 and January 19, 1931 , Hearings before the Committee on Public Lands and Surveys, U. S. Senate S-35 56, 71st Congress, authorizing sale of the McCormick power site to the Klamath Irrigation District. Testimony by:

19. September 10, 1931 , Contract of February 24,1917 further amended with respect to 7-mill power rate.

20. March 1933, Record of Committee on Senate Joint Resolution No.20, pertaining to regulations of Upper Klamath Lake and Klamath River . Oregon Legislature 1933.

21. March 28, 1931 , Public Utilities Commissioner Charles M. Thomas, on his own motion started proceedings U. F. 587 to investigate the charges of fraud pertaining to contract of February 24, 1917 . After hearings in Klamath Falls and under date of August 7, 1934 , the Commissioner issued Order No. 2300 abandoning further investigation of all expenditures made in connection with regulation of Upper Klamath Lake and sale of Ankeny-Keno Canals insofar as allegations charging fraud were concerned.
