23.  April 30, 1926 .  Joint Hearing before Committee on Irrigation and Reclamation, 69th Congress of United States . Senate Bill 3189 and House Bill HR 9493. These bills were to confer jurisdiction upon the U. S. District Court or Court of Claims to hear and determine any suit or suits, actions or proceedings which may be instituted or brought by the Klamath Irrigation District to set aside that contract of February 24, 1917 and cancel the sale of the Ankeny and Keno Canals made in 1923.

24. 1927. Hearing before joint Senate and House committees of the Oregon Legislature with reference to legislation to permit canceling the contract of February 24, 1917 .

25. October 10, 1930 . Hearing before the State Reclamation Commission of Oregon on water right filings by Copco on the Klamath River below Keno. Chairman, Governor A. W. Norblad; Hal E. Hass, Secretary of State; Thomas B. Kay, State Treasurer; and Charles E. Stricklin, State Engineer.

26. December 16, 1930 and January 19, 1931 . Hearings before the Committee on Public Lands and Surveys, U. S. Senate (S-3556) 71st Congress. Authorizing sale of the McCormick power site to the Klamath Irrigation District.

27. 1931. Public hearing, committee reports and records of Oregon Legislative Session of 1931 on House Bill 315 pertaining to water appropriations on Klamath River below Keno.

28.  September 10, 1931 .  Contract of February 24, 1917 further amended with respect to the 7-mill power rate.

29.  March 28, 1931 .  Public Utilities Commissioner of Oregon , Charles M. Thomas, on his own motion started proceeding U.F. 587 to investigate charges of fraud.  After hearings in Klamath Falls he issued order No. 2300 abandoning further investigation of all expenditures in connection with contract of February 24, 1917 , and sale of the Ankeny-Keno canals.

30. March 1933. Record of Committee on Senate joint resolution No. 20 pertaining to regulation of Upper Klamath Lake and Klamath River , Oregon Legislature.
