Erica
Carle In 1999 the Wisconsin Legislature and Governor
Thompson dictated that each municipality must have a Smart Growth
comprehensive plan by 2010.* They dictated that the plan include
transportation, housing, utilities, community facilities, land use, rural
resources, economic development, intergovernmental cooperation and
implementation, and that the plan involve public participation.
Why did Wisconsin elected officials dictate
this brazen interference with municipalities and private property? It is
because the so called “smart growth” or “sustainable development” was
dictated to them by the federal bureaucracy.
Why did the feds dictate this to the states?
The policies were dictated to them by the United Nations.
How can the United Nations assume the power to
dictate internal policy in member countries? It uses what it calls NGOs or Non
Governmental Organizations to sanction the interference.
The U N is an organization of organizations.
Leaders of thousands of organizations, such as the International Chamber of
Commerce, international worker, fraternal, religious, education, and service
organizations, etc., participate in the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)
. When organizations become advisors to ECOSOC they promise members’ support
for UN policies.
Getting all these organizations to promise to
support the United Nations serves to overcome public resistance to exchanging
self government for world government. If this change is completed as dictated,
elected officials will become unnecessary. Decisions will flow from the
leaders of NGOs to the United Nations, to national bureaucracies, to regional
governments, and to community communes.
Government of the people, by the people, and
answerable to the people will be exchanged for a New World Order over the
people, by the people managers, and for the people exploiters. We, the people,
will be hushed up, obedient, peaceful. poor, and miserable.
* The name of your state and governor and the
date your legislature passed Smart Growth can be entered in place of
Wisconsin.
