Ballot measure
done in deceptive manner
Klamath Falls Herald and News
Letter to the Editor
There ought to be a law against an issue being put on
the ballot in a deceptive fashion. I am referring to the
vote for or against removal of the dams in the Klamath
River. If you vote yes, it’s to save the dams. No is to
remove the dams. This has never been brought out by the
newspaper or anyone who is in favor of removing the
dams. How many people will be deceived by not knowing
this deceptive practice and will vote against what they
really want?
