to comment on the pipeline proposal
Public
comments on the Ruby Pipeline Project can be sent by mail or e-mail.
To
mail comments, send an original letter and two copies to: Kimberly D.
Bose, Secretary, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission,
Electronic filing of comments is available at www.
ferc.gov under the link to Documents and Filings and eFiling.
Electronically submitted comments must be submitted by April 30.
More information about the project is available from
the FERC Office of External Affairs at (866) 208-FERC or the FERC
Internet Web site at www.ferc.gov.
Select the eLibrary link, then select general search
