In response to a notice about a rally today at the start of the Klamath Basin Coordinating Council meeting, the rally organizer erroneously stated there was no public meeting agenda, KBCC officials said in a press release. The meeting agenda is public and is available online. Click here for the agenda.
Also, KBCC officials said that the general public is invited and encouraged to attend today's meeting.
"This is one of many opportunities for concerned citizens to get involved and help provide input into one of the most important economic development strategies for Klamath County," they stated in the press release.
The meeting is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today in the Mazama and Scott rooms in the College Union at Oregon Institute of Technology.
The KBCC has established a process to provide more local control over decisions that affect basin resources under the Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement.
