Keeping us involved was the right decision
Klamath Falls Herald and News
Letter to the Editor
November 19, 2010
Thank you for keeping us at
the table so that we can put food on your table.
The farmers, ranchers, and
agribusinesses that make up the Klamath Ag Political Action
Committee would like to thank the informed and thoughtful
citizens of Klamath County for voting “no” on Measure 18-80 and
advising the Klamath County commissioners to stay engaged in the
Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement’s Coordinating Council.
As local
businesses ourselves, we would encourage your continued
patronage of local businesses and business advocates that
support retention and creation of jobs in the Klamath Basin.
Klamath Ag PAC believes that this is the time to support each
other and resolve our differences.
Jim Carleton
Director, Klamath Ag PAC
