New Reclamation area
manager selected

Susan Fry, an environmental officer for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation’s
Mid-Pacific Region, will be the
new area manager based in the
agency’s Klamath Falls office.
The
bureau’s regional director,
Donald Glaser,
announced Fry’s appointment
Friday.
She will oversee
programs on the Klamath
Reclamation Project as well as
the Klamath National Wildlife
Refuges.
Fry has more than 15
years of service with the
federal government through the
bureau and the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers.
She holds a bachelor’s
degree in wildlife biology from
the University of
California-Davis.
During her time with
the federal government
she worked on projects connected
to the Sacramento and San
Joaquin rivers and held
positions in Washington, D.C.,
and the Pentagon.
Fry
also worked as a private water
resources consultant.
