report: Lake level unchanged

The elevation of Upper
Klamath Lake was 4,139.12 feet on Wednesday, virtually unchanged
from last week.
All Bureau of Reclamation
water deliveries have ceased, and the last irrigation system,
Tulelake Irrigation District, will be shut down on Monday.
There are no mandated lake
levels until February, when a U.S. Fish and Wildlife biological
opinion requires a minimum of 4,141.5 feet.
The Williamson River was
flowing at a rate of 648 cubic feet per second on Wednesday,
which is 9 percent lower than the long-term average for the
date.
The National Weather Service
is reporting that since Sept. 1, Klamath Falls has received 2.03
inches of precipitation, which is 10 percent higher than the
historical norm.
