YREKA – The Shasta Valley Resource Conservation
District Board will convene in an open session at 7 p.m. on Feb. 14 at
the US Fish & Wildlife Office at 1829 S. Oregon, in Yreka
In addition to public comment, the presentation of resolutions to Caroly
Houghton and Blair Hart and agenda approval, the following topics will
complete the agenda:
Project Approvals
• Araujo Fish Passage & Water Quality
Improvements Policy
• Shasta River Water Association Fish Passage & Water Quality
Improvement
• Little Shasta Fish Screen & Passage Improvement Project
• Parks Creek Fish Screen Project
• Micke Fish Screen
• Greco Fish Screen
• Cold Creek Screening & Passage
• Fiock Fish Screen Upgrade & Final Dam Removal
Old Business
• Personnel Policy Revision (conflict of interest)
• Rancher Advisory Group
New Business
• Submission of Draft ITP to County Counsel for
Review
• Accept Resignation of Richard Christie as Associate Director
• Shasta Water Association Project
• Discuss Need for Coho Ad Hoc Committee and
Tailwater Sub-Committee
Reports will be heard from Shasta Valley Wildlife Area, Upper
Mid-Klamath, NRCS, and the Watershed Team. RCD Reports will be given by
the district administrator and staff.
