Klamath Tribes relocate Youth
and Family Intervention Program

The Klamath Tribes recently relocated the Klamath Tribes Youth and Family Intervention program.

Providing services for mental health will be: program manager and mental health provider Lacy McKenzie, youth alcohol and drug counsellor Joni Townsend CADC I, adult alcohol and drug counselor Dennis Sigo CADC I, prevention coordinator/CDC II Carolyn Knolle, family care coordinator Camille Cole and program secretary Debbie Quijada.

According to a recent press release the tribe “looks forward to providing services in the Chiloquin Area and continuing to provide services in the Klamath Falls area.”

Members of the Klamath Tribes are invited to the program’s Open House and Halloween Pumpkin Giveaway on Oct. 13 at the Chiloquin Youth and Family Center 204 Pioneer St. (old Medical building) beginning at 3:30 p.m.

Program staff will conduct a survey on about what participants feel are the needs of the community.

Refreshments will be provided along with the pumpkins.
