Law Offices, Portland – Laura A. Schroeder litigates in both administrative
and judicial state and federal forums in the states of Oregon, Idaho, Nevada
and Washington. For 15 years, Ms.
Schroeder has successfully advised clients concerning: the use of surface,
groundwater and storage water for both private and public use; competing
ownership interests; development, maintenance and operation of facilities and
utility development within private and public ownerships; transfer of property
interests while maintaining access; obtained and secured easements for water
conveyance and use; negotiated contract and amendments from the Bureau of
Reclamation; obtained damages for water and aquifer depletions; and negotiated
water quality permits and agreements. Ms.
Schroeder is a published author and recognized speaker on specific legal
issues involving the use, transfer and development of water resources.
