SB 193:  Relating to state water resources strategy; creating new provisions; and amending ORS 536.220.    Directs Water Resources Department to develop state water resources strategy. Specifies content of strategy. Directs department to report to legislature regarding strategy.
SB 194:  Relating to water use measurement.  Requires Water Resources Department to implement Oregon Water Resources Department Strategic Measurement Plan. Requires Water Resources Commission to appoint water use measurement advisory committee. Requires department to report to interim legislative committees on environment and natural resources.
SB 740:  Relating to water rights; creating new provisions; amending ORS 536.009; and declaring an ... Provides for Water Resources Department to charge annual fee to holders of water rights set forth in water right permit, water right certificate or limited license, other than in-stream water rights.
HB 2156:  Relating to mitigation for water resources; creating new provisions; and amending ORS 196.600, 196.605, 196.   Authorizes Department of State Lands to allow mitigation banks for effects on waters of state. Changes name of Oregon Wetlands
Mitigation Bank Revolving Fund Account to Oregon Mitigation Bank Account. Clarifies certain references to mitigation.
HB 2859:  Relating to ground water use for domestic purposes; amending ORS 537.545.  Reduces amount of ground water use for domestic purposes exempt
from water right requirement. Applies to ground water use that commences on or after effective date of Act. Continues former exemption amount if new water use replaces ground water use commenced before effective date of Act.
